The process in which we design the final solution depends on the complexity of the project and associated business risks. For less complicated projects, with low business risk, we design a target architecture after the client accepts our proposal.

For complex projects with high associated risks we begin with a deep business analysis. Our main goal is to come up with innovative ideas and thus exposing the real competitive advantage. Throughout the entire design process we work closely with our clients to ensure that our final product delivers on it's promises. When all parties are confident that the invented ideas are innovative, competitive and can be delivered then we move to the next stage.

In the next stage we prepare the first overall project architecture, which allows us to calculate costs as an input to business case prediction. In some cases we conduct market research to prove the project's assumption on behalf of our client. When the business case is positive and the client accepts the project then we start to prepare the final project architecture.
